HVAC-R
AGV offers design solutions for air conditioning systems that are duly compliant with ASHRAE, and AHRI standards. The main purposes of a Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration (HVAC-R) system are to help maintain good indoor air quality through adequate ventilation with filtration and provide thermal comfort. HVAC-R systems are among the largest energy consumers in any building. The choice and design of the HVAC-R system can also affect many other high performance goals, including water consumption (water cooled air conditioning equipment) and acoustics. Thus at AGV we design customized HVAC-R systems to meet customers’ expectations without compromising on quality and standards.

- Calculation of building thermal loads with Carrier E20 Hourly Analysis Program
- Sizing or Design of HVAC-R System
- Efficient and cost effective Air Distribution System
- Details working of equipment location, system Capacity, piping, ducting and etc.
- Working out detail calculation for Electrical and Water requirement (chilled water system).
- Giving necessary provision to architect for Piping and Ducting sizes and it’s routing.
- Making specifications for various Equipment & Material along with tentative layout drawings.
- Selection of system concep
ELECTRICAL
We design electrical systems using the latest technologies considering specific project requirements along with compliance of all relevant International codes. We take into account fundamental principles of energy conservation and safety that encompass protection against electric shocks, thermal effects, over current, fault current and over voltage. All these potential hazards are addressed at the time of design, resulting in an installation that is essentially free from hazards, convenient in operation and adequate for a long trouble-free service.

Fire Protection System
We design Fire Protection System systems based on NFPA Standard, LPC Standard, BSC Standard, ULC and FM according to project requirements along with compliance of all relevant International codes. We take into account fundamental principles of safety that encompass protection againt High proficiency & efficiency in design, engineering & implementation of complex fire protection solutions with latest system design & engineering software programs/applications. Wide experience and technical know-how on all types of active fire protection systems and facilities within the guidelines of the Uniformed Building By-laws (UBBL), Malaysian Fire & Rescue Dept. (Bomba) Services Act 1988 and industry-based regulations, as well as international fire protection standards and guidelines.
