Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating all M&E works of company projects and reports to the Project Manager/Director.
Manage the implementation of projects activities including project execution at site for Mechanical or Electrical distribution system, HVAC, cleanroom, process utility system etc.
To check and comment on mechanical & electrical (M&E) construction design, resolving technical and quality issues that arise on-site.
To monitor the overall M&E works progress, work scheduling, manpower and material schedules.
To plan, supervise and co-ordinate M&E works at site including activities related to procurement, installation, testing and commissioning and conduct quality inspection and control.
To check and accept all incoming/outgoing equipment and materials as per specification in accordance with QA/QC approval.
To review all M&E designs and specification and ensure its functionality, practicality, constructibility and value engineering aspects are met.
Attend meeting and coordinate all site matters with various contractors, consultants and relevant authorities.
To oversee the preparations of as-built drawings, testing and commissioning results and operation.
To prepare and check documents for submission to clients (Transmittal form, Testing & Commissioning form, monthly report, progress report, etc.).
To work closely with consultants and sub-contractors on-site to resolve design and M&E issues.

Responsibilities:
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position; However, Fresh graduate encourage to apply.
Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu, both written and spoken.
Possess own transport, willing to travel and relocate for work.

Responsibilities:
To produce design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
To assist in coordinating M&E services drawings.
To manage hard and soft copies of design/drawings according to documentation control procedures.
To assist of engineering documentation works.
To assist any work assigned by management

Responsibilities:
Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
Proficient in AutoCAD software is a must.
Preferable to have 1 or 2 years related experience and ability to produce / design engineering drawings.
